Privacy Policy

Womind is a relationship-support app: it helps you understand and support your partner with empathy and better timing. Because it involves personal information, we treat privacy as a core feature — not an afterthought. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use and store it, who it is shared with, and the controls you have.

Womind is not a medical or healthcare service. It does not diagnose, treat, or monitor health, and it gives no medical advice. The approximate cycle calendar you enter is used only to time supportive, relationship-focused suggestions.

Who we are

Womind is operated by the company below, which is responsible (data controller) for your personal data:

What we collect

• Your account email and password (passwords are stored encrypted — we never see them).
• The cycle dates and settings you enter.
• Your personalization answers and the optional details you add about your partner (such as age or relationship stage).
• The notes you write when asking for advice.

App preferences like language and theme stay on your device.

How we use it

For one purpose only: to show you where your partner is in her cycle and to give you relevant, supportive guidance. When you ask for advice, the note you write is processed by a third-party AI service to generate the answer. That content is not used to train AI models, and the AI service may process it outside the European Union under appropriate safeguards.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored with Supabase on servers in the European Union and is encrypted in transit. Access is restricted by per-user security rules: your data is readable by your account only.

How long we keep your data

We keep your personal data only for as long as your account exists and you use Womind. You can delete any of it at any time from Settings, which removes it from our database straight away. When you delete your account — or ask us to at info@womind.social — we permanently erase your personal data from our live systems within 30 days, and from our encrypted backups within a further 90 days. Diagnostic and crash logs, which never contain your cycle notes, are kept for up to 90 days and then deleted. We do not retain your data for any purpose beyond running the service, and we never keep it to sell it.

Who can see it

You. If you link with a partner, they see only what you both explicitly consent to share. Our team does not browse user content — accessing a written note requires a documented reason and every such access is permanently logged.

Sharing and what we never do

We do not sell your data. We do not show ads. We do not share your information with anyone beyond the service providers that run the app:

• Supabase — database, authentication and storage (EU servers)
• A third-party AI service — generation of advice from the note you write
• Resend — account emails

Your controls: export and deletion

In Settings you can export everything we hold about you, or delete it. Deleting removes your cycle data, notes, personalization and partner link. If you want your account itself removed, use the delete option in the app or write to us at info@womind.social and we will erase it.

Your rights

We process this data on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by deleting your data. Under the GDPR you also have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. The tools in Settings cover most of this instantly; for anything else, email info@womind.social. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority — in Bulgaria, the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).

Age

Womind is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 to create an account.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will let you know in the app.
